This cabinet displays Alby’s appreciation for Australia’s finest timbers and semi- precious materials, and his skill sculpting three-dimensional shapes and joinery. Carving around the Tasmanian myrtle’s birds-eyes and knots dictates the undulating form of the panels and drawer fronts.
